The Ontario Power Authority is offering a new building construction incentive program for builders and their design decision-maker (architects, consulting engineer, etc.). The High Performance New Construction (HPNC) Program provides design assistance and significant financial incentives for new construction or additions, and major renovation projects that exceed Code.
